package manager, search for Aspose.3D and install. You may also use the following command from the Package Manager Console.

Steps to Convert GIF to HTML via Python
Python programmers can easily load & convert GIF files to HTML in just a few lines of code.
- Load GIF file via the from_file of Scene class
- Create an instance of HtmlSaveOptions
- Set HTML specific properties for advanced conversion
- Call the Scene.save method
- Pass the output path with HTML file extension & object of HtmlSaveOptions
- Check resultant HTML file at specified path

GIF What is GIF File Format?
A GIF or graphical interchange format is a type of highly compressed image. Owned by Unisys, GIF uses the LZW compression algorithm that does not degrade the image quality. For each image GIF typically allow up to 8 bits per pixel and up to 256 colours are allowed across the image. In contrast to a JPEG image, which can display up to 16 million colours and fairly touches the limits of the human eye.
