Aspose.PDF for Reporting Services is a robust rendering extension that fulfills the need to build business intelligence and reporting solutions for generating PDF, PDF/A and XPS reports from Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.
Aspose.PDF for Reporting Services supports RDL report features like specifying page orientation within reports, Add footnotes & endnotes for text boxes, specify security constraints and add corresponding XMP metadata into resultant PDF documents, tables, charts, images and much more. Integration with Microsoft Report Viewer
Aspose.PDF for Reporting Services can easily be integrated with Microsoft Report viewer where the Report Viewer can generate reports independently using a built-in engine (local mode), or it can display reports that are generated through Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services Report Server (remote mode).
Generate PDF/A Compliant Documents
Aspose.PDF for Reporting Services supports certain configuration parameters that affect how the PDF document will be generated. Among these is PdfConformance, which can be used to generate the resultant PDF in PDF/A compliant format, if needed.
Adobe Acrobat Automation – Not Needed
Aspose.PDF for Reporting Services is built using managed code that can be installed and deployed as a single MSI installer or as a separator without needing Adobe Acrobat installed. It is easier and flexible to use compared to Adobe Acrobat automation.
