Convert POT to PPS in PHP

Use Aspose.Slides for PHP via Java to load a PowerPoint 97–2003 POT template and save it as a PowerPoint 97–2003 PPS slide show.

Call save with SaveFormat::Pps to create a file that opens in slide show mode in compatible presentation applications.

You can install the library from Composer using the following command:

composer require aspose/slides

How to Convert POT to PPS in PHP

These are the steps to convert a POT file to PPS using PHP.

  1. Load the POT file with the Presentation class.

  2. Call save with the output file path and SaveFormat::Pps.

  3. The PPS file is written to the specified path.

System Requirements

Before running the PHP conversion example, make sure that you have the following prerequisites.

  1. Install PHP 7 or later, add the PHP directory to the system PATH, and set allow_url_include to On in the php.ini file.
  2. Install JRE 8 and set the JAVA_HOME environment variable to the installed JRE directory.
  3. Install and configure Apache Tomcat with PHP/Java Bridge as described in the installation guide .
