Convert PPS to FODP in PHP
Aspose.Slides for PHP via Java can load a PowerPoint PPS slide show and save it as a Flat OpenDocument Presentation without Microsoft PowerPoint.
Call save with SaveFormat::Fodp to create a single XML-based FODP file containing the presentation. VBA projects from the source file are not retained in the FODP output.
You can install the library from Composer using the following command:

How to Convert PPS to FODP in PHP
These are the steps to convert a PPS file to FODP using PHP.
Load the PPS file with the
Presentationclass.Call
savewith the output file path andSaveFormat::Fodp.The FODP file is written to the specified path.
System Requirements
Before running the PHP conversion example, make sure that you have the following prerequisites.
- Install PHP 7 or later, add the PHP directory to the system
PATH, and setallow_url_includetoOnin thephp.inifile. - Install JRE 8 and set the
JAVA_HOMEenvironment variable to the installed JRE directory. - Install and configure Apache Tomcat with PHP/Java Bridge as described in the installation guide .
