[**Aspose.Slides for Python via Java**](/slides/python-java/) can load an OTP presentation template and export it as an animated GIF. The resulting file presents the slides as animation frames and can include slide transitions supported by the GIF exporter. The conversion does not require Microsoft PowerPoint, LibreOffice, or OpenOffice.

## Convert OTP to GIF using Python

Create a `Presentation` from the OTP file and call `save` with `SaveFormat.Gif` to create an animated GIF.
