## Convert POT to PPTX in Python

[**Aspose.Slides for Python via Java**](/slides/python-java/) can load a POT file and save it as an editable PPTX presentation while retaining the slide content and design. The conversion changes the document type and upgrades the legacy binary source to the modern Open XML format. Microsoft PowerPoint is not required.

Create a `Presentation` from the POT file, then call `save` with `SaveFormat.Pptx`.
