## Convert POTX to PDF in Python

[**Aspose.Slides for Python via Java**](/slides/python-java/) can load a PowerPoint Open XML template (`POTX`) and render its slides as a fixed-layout `PDF` document. The resulting file preserves the visual appearance of the slides and does not require Microsoft PowerPoint.

## Convert POTX to PDF using Python

Create a `Presentation` from the POTX file, then call `save` with `SaveFormat.Pdf`.
