Convert POTX to PPSM in Python

Aspose.Slides for Python via Java can load a PowerPoint Open XML template (POTX) and save it as a macro-enabled PowerPoint Show (PPSM). The resulting file opens in Slide Show view in compatible applications and can store VBA macros, although converting a macro-free POTX file does not add any macros. Microsoft PowerPoint is not required for the conversion.
