Convert POT to ODP in Python
Aspose.Slides for Python via .NET
lets you convert POT presentation templates to ODP presentations programmatically. Load the template and call Presentation.save with SaveFormat.ODP.
ODP is the OpenDocument presentation format used by applications such as LibreOffice Impress. You can test the conversion in your browser or use the Python API in your application.
Install the library from PyPI by using the following command:

pip install aspose-slides
