Convert POT to PPSM in Python
Aspose.Slides for Python via .NET
lets you convert POT presentation templates to PPSM slide shows programmatically. Load the template and call Presentation.save with SaveFormat.PPSM.
PPSM is the macro-enabled Open XML slide show format. You can test the conversion in your browser or use the Python API in your application.
Install the library from PyPI by using the following command:

How to Convert POT to PPSM in Python
Follow these steps to convert a POT file to PPSM using Python.
Load the POT file into a
Presentationinstance.Call
Presentation.savewith the output path andSaveFormat.PPSM.The presentation is saved as a PPSM file at the specified path.
System Requirements
Before running the Python conversion sample, make sure your environment meets these requirements.
- Microsoft Windows, macOS, or 64-bit Linux (see the system requirements ).
- Python 3.5 or later.
- Aspose.Slides for Python via .NET installed in your environment.
