Convert POTM to HTML in Python
Aspose.Slides for Python via .NET
lets you convert POTM macro-enabled presentation templates to HTML5 documents programmatically. Load the POTM file into a Presentation instance and call Presentation.save with SaveFormat.HTML5.
The HTML5 output renders slide content in a browser without requiring Microsoft PowerPoint. You can test the conversion in your browser or use the Python API in your application.
Install the library from PyPI by using the following command:

Follow these steps to convert a POTM file to HTML using Python.
Load the POTM file into a
Presentationinstance.Call
Presentation.savewith the output path andSaveFormat.HTML5.The presentation is saved as an HTML5 document at the specified path.
System Requirements
Before running the Python conversion sample, make sure your environment meets these requirements.
- Microsoft Windows, macOS, or 64-bit Linux (see the system requirements ).
- Python 3.5 or later.
- Aspose.Slides for Python via .NET installed in your environment.
