Convert POTX to SVG in Python
Aspose.Slides for Python via .NET
lets you render POTX presentation slides as SVG images programmatically. Load the file into a Presentation instance and call Slide.write_as_svg for each slide.
SVG is a vector image format, so each slide is exported to a separate scalable image file. You can test the conversion in your browser or use the Python API in your application.
Install the library from PyPI by using the following command:

How to Convert POTX to SVG in Python
Follow these steps to convert a POTX file to SVG using Python.
Load the POTX file into a
Presentationinstance.Access each slide through a
Slidevariable and callSlide.write_as_svgwith an output stream.Each slide is written to a separate SVG file.
