## Convert PPS to BMP in Python

[*Aspose.Slides for Python via .NET*](/slides/python-net/) lets you convert PPS slide shows to BMP images programmatically. Load the slide show, render each slide with `Slide.get_image`, and save the resulting `IImage` object in BMP format.

The API preserves slide content and formatting during rendering. You can test the conversion in your [browser](https://products.aspose.app/slides/conversion/pps-to-bmp) or use the Python API to process slide shows in your application.

Install the library from [PyPI](https://pypi.org/project/aspose-slides/) by using the following command:

## How to Convert PPS to BMP in Python

Follow these steps to convert a PPS file to BMP using Python.

Load the PPS file into a `Presentation` instance.

Iterate through `Presentation.slides` and render each slide by using `Slide.get_image`.

Save each rendered image by using `IImage.save` with `ImageFormat.BMP`.

## System Requirements

Before running the Python conversion sample, make sure your environment meets these requirements.

- Microsoft Windows, macOS, or 64-bit Linux (see the [system requirements](https://docs.aspose.com/slides/python-net/system-requirements/)).
- Python 3.6 or later for this sample.
- Aspose.Slides for Python via .NET installed in your environment.
