Aspose.Slides for Python via .NET
lets you convert PPS slide shows to EMF images programmatically. Load the slide show and export each slide by using Slide.write_as_emf.
EMF is a vector image format, so slide graphics remain scalable in compatible applications. You can use the Python API to process slide shows without Microsoft PowerPoint.
Install the library from PyPI by using the following command:

How to Convert PPS to EMF in Python
Follow these steps to convert a PPS file to EMF using Python.
Load the PPS file into a
Presentationinstance.Iterate through
Presentation.slidesand open a binary output stream for each slide.Call
Slide.write_as_emfto write each slide to its EMF file.
