Convert PPTM to POT in Python
Aspose.Slides for Python via .NET
lets you convert PPTM presentations to POT files programmatically. Load the source file into a Presentation instance and save it by using Presentation.save with SaveFormat.POT.
POT is the binary PowerPoint 97-2003 template format. It is useful when the output must be compatible with older PowerPoint versions. You can test the conversion in your browser or use the Python API in your application.
Install the library from PyPI by using the following command:
