## Merge PPSM in Python

[*Aspose.Slides for Python via .NET*](/slides/python-net/) lets you merge PowerPoint Macro-Enabled Slide Show (PPSM) files by cloning slides from a source `Presentation` into a destination `Presentation`. Append each source slide with `SlideCollection.add_clone`, then call `Presentation.save` with `SaveFormat.PPSM` to write the combined presentation.

## Merge PPSM Files Using Python

Open the destination and source PPSM files, append a clone of each source slide, and save the merged presentation as a PPSM file.

### Python code for merging multiple PPSM files into one file

```python
with slides.Presentation("destination.ppsm") as destination_presentation:
    with slides.Presentation("source.ppsm") as source_presentation:
        for source_slide in source_presentation.slides:
            destination_presentation.slides.add_clone(source_slide)
    destination_presentation.save("merged_presentation.ppsm", slides.export.SaveFormat.PPSM)
```

## How to Merge PPSM Files with Aspose.Slides for Python

Follow these steps to merge two PPSM files into a single PPSM presentation.

Install Aspose.Slides for Python via .NET by following the [installation guide](https://docs.aspose.com/slides/python-net/installation/).
```console
pip install aspose-slides
```

Make the `aspose.slides` namespace available in your Python project.

Open the destination and source PPSM files as `Presentation` instances.

Iterate through the source slides and call [`SlideCollection.add_clone`](https://reference.aspose.com/slides/python-net/aspose.slides/slidecollection/add_clone/) for each slide.

Call `Presentation.save` with `SaveFormat.PPSM` to write the merged presentation to a PPSM file.
