Ensure that the source OTP file is accessible to your application.

Load the OTP file into a `Presentation` instance.

Create a `ResponsiveHtmlController` instance for responsive HTML output.

Create an `HtmlOptions` instance and set its `html_formatter` property with `HtmlFormatter.create_custom_formatter()`.

Call `Presentation.save()` with `SaveFormat.HTML` to export the presentation.

Open the generated HTML file in a web browser to view the presentation.
