Ensure that the source PPSM file is accessible to your application.
Load the PPSM file into a Presentation instance.
Create a ResponsiveHtmlController instance for responsive HTML output.
Create an HtmlOptions instance and set its html_formatter property with HtmlFormatter.create_custom_formatter().
Call Presentation.save() with SaveFormat.HTML to export the presentation.
Open the generated HTML file in a web browser to view the presentation.
