3. Get all nodes by using GetChildNodes having NodeType::Comment as parameter

2. Or Load the document
3. Use the Comment class for adding the comment
4. Use the AppendChild method with the comment obj as parameter
5. Use relevant method like get_Paragraphs()->Add
6. Or the other way is use the CommentRangeStart and CommentRangeEnd classes
7. Call the save method to save the file with added comments

Extract All Comments

1. Load Document via Document class object
2. Get all GetChildNodes in NodeCollection
3. Iterate through each collection and gather information about them
