Just make sure you have installed the corresponding version of .NET Framework, .NET Core, Windows Azure, Mono or Xamarin.
  
  We recommend using Microsoft Visual Studio, Xamarin, and MonoDevelop IDE to create C#, F#, VB.NET applications.
