- Create a new document using the apdf.Document() method.
- Add a new page to the document with default or specified properties.

- Place the composite image onto the newly created page using add_image method with specified stream, rectangle for positioning and bounding box.
- Save the entire document (all content) into a single file at the target output path in BMP format.
