Document conversions from one format to another may be tricky, unless you have a professional tool to do the job. Use Java to convert Word, PDF, JPG with maximum flexibility and speed. Run online live demo and check the highest quality of conversion right in a browser. DOCX Conversion API supports a bunch of useful options.

Merge Word, PDF, JPG into one file

This is a simple way of converting office documents from one format to another while leaving all the low-level details to Conversion API. Java library enables Java developers to convert documents in many popular formats with maximum flexibility and efficiency:

  • Microsoft Word: DOCX, DOC, RTF, DOT, DOTM, DOTX, DOCM
  • OpenOffice: ODT, OTT
  • Fixed Layout: PDF, PostScript, XPS, OpenXPS
  • Images: PNG, JPG, GIF, BMP, TIFF, SVG, EMF
  • Web: HTML, MHTML
  • Others: MOBI, EPUB, Xaml, PCL, etc.

Convert multiple documents and save the result as a single file easily. If you develop code in Java, this will be simpler than it sounds. See Java example that iterates through documents and combines them:

Code example in Java to combine multiple files into one
Upload a file you want to merge
Run code
Upload a file you want to merge
Select the target format from the list
import com.aspose.words.*;

List<String> fileNames = Arrays.asList("Input1.docx", "Input2.docx");

Document output = new Document();
// Remove all content from the destination document before appending.
output.removeAllChildren();

for (String fileName : fileNames)
{
    Document input = new Document(fileName);
    // Append the source document to the end of the destination document.
    output.appendDocument(input, ImportFormatMode.KEEP_SOURCE_FORMATTING);
}
